The Land, brings you the modern conveniences with unique rustic country design. We offer two beautiful homes nestled in the Ozarks just a few minutes from Norfork Lake.
Buela an 1869 cabin, sleeps up to 10. She has 3br/1bth,(with 2 queen beds, and 2 twin bunkbeds) full kitchen, living room, washroom, a front porch, a back porch/deck with sitting entertainment area, a grill and a fire pit.
Hephzinah a 2021 mobile home, sleeps up to 7. She has 3br/2ba (1 king 2 double and one twin bed), kitchen, living room, washroom, outside firepit & grill area.
Our vision-inspire visitors to relax, enjoy and explore the beauty of God's creation. We also host Retreats and Family Reunions, and Hunting and Fishing Outfits.
You can even bring your boat.

I must admit that this was a really welcome surprise when my friends and I traveled to the White River for our yearly fishing trip. Ann's B&B (Hephzibah)far outperformed every other location we've stayed over our 15 years of visits to this area. Once we arrived, we noted the yard was well-kept and recently mowed. The house was also quite simple to locate using GPS.When we went inside everything was absolutely spotless. You could tell someone took a lot of time and effort making sure everything was perfect. There were snack bars on the kitchen sink along with a nice little coffee area with several choices. Ann went the extra mile every step of the way down to the smallest detail.To sum it up: Very clean, homey, excellent host and absolutely worth the money!
We loved our stay at Beulah so much, we didn’t want to go home. It’s a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. It had everything we needed and when I communicated with her, she always responded quickly.
